Address Accuracy: Ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct when placing your order. We cannot change the address once an order is processing or has shipped, incorrect information may cause delays. Provide a valid email address and phone number for order updates.

Our processing time is 5 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number to the email address provided with the purchase. 

Please note during major sales (discounts) or holidays processing time may take up to 7 business days. 

We do not process or ship any orders on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping takes an estimated 7-10 business days
